About JB, Life Coach in Miami

My Journey as a Life Coach

With over 15 years of experience helping small business owners in Miami to grow faster than they could think possible, I realized that these successful entrepreneurs were demanding more than only marketing campaigns and advice in their increasingly frequent consultations.

For that reason, a few years ago I embarked on this journey, obtained specialized training which was later completed by graduating as a Certified Professional Coach at the University of Miami, under one of the most demanding coach training curriculum approved by the International Coach Federation. Later, in order to further improve my leadership coaching skills, trained and received a certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School.

The International Coach Federation is a globally recognized institution that upholds the highest standards for the coaching profession, counting with 134.000 members in 139 countries.

This duality became an unexpected benefit to both areas of clients by allowing me to bring my business experience to my coaching clients as well as a deeper understanding of the personal needs of my marketing clients and their target markets.

Born in Argentina, I have been living in the USA for almost 20 years. I have extensive experience supporting successful individuals through the struggles of transitioning from employee to entrepreneur, expats adapting to a new culture and individuals dealing with all the little (and big) personal matters that are necessary to tackle in the way to reaching their most ambitious goals.

My Coaching Style

Do you ever struggle to get past goal setting because you fail to take action? You are not alone. In fact, most people stall-out after they make a goal for themselves: They either do not move forward or they just move with no direction. As a coach, my job is to help you design your own path to align your intentions with your actions. Ultimately, this allows you to become more self-sufficient so that you can do this for yourself in the future. Coaching doesn’t focus only on what you need to do– but what you need to become — in order to get what you want.

I am completely, absolutely and unconditionally on your side! I’m here to listen to you as much as it is beneficial to your best interests, based upon your needs, decisions, and choices. This doesn’t mean that I’ll agree with everything you say– spades will be called spades! However, that is a necessary part of the process of me helping you to overcome the obstacles to reaching your goals.

Coaching, to me, is defined as empowering a person to develop the clarity, strength, strategies and personal growth to go as far as their dreams will allow them to go. Everyone has a goal they wish to achieve, but not everyone knows how to achieve that goal. I am here to help fill in those gaps so that everyone can become the best version of themselves, no matter what specific challenge or obstacle you are facing in your personal or professional life.

How I Will Help You

A lot of people actually think that coaching is not the right answer for them because they may not see that there are multiple solutions to their specific problem. As a member of the International Coach Federation and graduate of a University-Level Professional Life Coaching Program, I am prepared to help with any type of life or business obstacle. I have people come to me seeking guidance and support for a variety of issues and goals, including:

  • Creating a more efficient process to run their business
  • Accelerating a career
  • Identifying and seizing new opportunities
  • Navigating professional relationships

My passion, drive, and expertise allow me to bring out those qualities in my clients. I genuinely care about my clients and their success. I would love to help you through whatever challenge you may be facing!

My Top Five Beliefs

  1. There’s always a better way.
  2. There is goodness in almost everyone; even “bad” people feel their behavior is justified.
  3. Planning without action is a waste; action without any planning is a risk.
  4. There is a positive in most negatives. If there is none, there is an opportunity to make one.
  5. Better to start small than to get stuck in “paralysis by analysis”!

Top Five Reasons People Seek Me Out

  1. Entrepreneurship
  2. Relationship navigation
  3. Resolving conflicts
  4. “Putting out fires”
  5. Achieving a dream

You already have most of the answers, I may save you five or more years of trial and error by helping you organize those answers and put them in practice, into strategicaly and successfully.
